Three men arrested after robbery at Walgreen's

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three men are in custody, facing charges related to a robber at a Walgreens in northeast Harris County.

Around 9:54pm last night, police say the suspects stole about $1,000 in cash and various types of cigarettes from the Walgreens in the 2300 block of Aldine Westfield. The employees managed to slip a tracker in with the money.

Deputies followed the tracker and located the suspects in the 3900 block of Lavender. All three suspects were taken into custody.

Deputies found money, the tracker, cigarettes, two guns and the orange bag they took into store to conceal the stolen goods. The suspects were also still wearing the same clothes from the robbery.

All three faces charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
