Tracker in cash leads HPD to robbery suspects.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Houston police are using a helicopter to search for a suspect involved in a robbery in Clear Lake early Wednesday morning.

According to an HPD tweet, the suspects ran from a vehicle that was being tracked near El Camino Real and Reseda Drive.

Investigators say three men with guns robbed a convenience store on El Dorado and Eastcape, taking cigarettes and cash. What the suspects didn't know is that the cash bag had a tracker inside.

Police arrested two suspects. One man is still on the run.
