NEW YORK (KTRK) -- A New Jersey man is facing prosecution after failing to pay more than $20,000 in tolls and fees from area roadways, police said.
James Clicerio was arrested Thursday when he ran a tollbooth, the Port Authority of New York said in a statement.
The man's total outstanding fees were nearly $21,000. He had five EZ Pass accounts and 323 violations, police said.
Clicerio faces charges of larceny and obstructing governmental administration, the authority said.
