Therapist in Baytown accused of grabbing and injuring 14-year-old patient

BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK) -- A therapist at the Hands of Healing Counseling Center in Baytown has been charged with injury to a child.

According to court documents, a high school teacher reported arm and neck injuries on a 14-year-old student.

The student told police he got in a fight with his therapist, Andre Lipkins, on Nov. 1.

Officers watched surveillance video that they say shows Lipkins grabbing the teen and pressing him against a wall.

The teen was taken to the hospital for treatment.

As of Tuesday, Lipkins has yet to be arrested.
