Texas State University student found dead

SAN MARCOS, TX (KTRK) -- The Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office released a statement saying that a Texas State University female student was found dead Saturday,

The body was in the 600 block of Dupuy Ranch Road.

According to GCSO the woman was about 19-or-20-years old, but is withholding identification until her family can be notified.

Deputies continue to investigate.

No other details have been released.
