Your smartphone could be a sign of your intelligence, according to a new study.

The study suggests smarter people prefer iPhones. Researchers found states with more college graduates tend to have higher iPhone sales. Not only that, but those with higher incomes tend to lean toward iPhones as their smartphone of choice.

The company that did the study, Chitika, admits that it's not comprehensive, as it focuses on states and not cities or neighborhoods.
