Suspects force employee to ground in violent robbery

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police need your help identifying three men who robbed a Houston supermarket.

Surveillance video of the robbery has just been released.

It shows three men enter Supermarket #5 in the 1100 block of Almeda Genoa Road around 11 p.m. Nov. 4.

One of the suspects is seen pointing a handgun at the employee and demanding cash from the drawer.

The employee was threatened and forced to get down on the ground.

A second suspect took cigarettes from the display case.

Another suspect is seen with his arms and hands inside his shirt.

The suspects are described as black men between the ages of 17 and 20.

Anyone with information about these suspects is urged to call the police.
