Magnolia man accused of gathering materials to build a bomb

MAGNOLIA, Texas (KTRK) -- Authorities in Montgomery County have arrested a man they say was in the process of building a bomb.

Steven Gibson, 37, was arrested after deputies allegedly found materials in his possession that could be used to make an explosive.

We do not know what initially led deputies to Gibson.

The suspect is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
