TALLAHASSEE, Florida (KTRK) -- Texas Southern opened its 2017 football season with a 29-7 defeat on the road to Florida A&M University.
In Tallahassee, it was all FAMU from kickoff until the final whistle. The Rattlers took a 29-0 lead into the fourth quarter before TSU's Jay Christophe connected with Darvin Kidsy for a touchdown.
The Tigers will host rival Prairie View A&M on Sept. 2 in the Labor Day Classic at BBVA Compass Stadium.
