HOUSTON (KTRK) -- March Madness swings into Houston this weekend. The NCAA South Regionals is scheduled to kick off Friday night at NRG Stadium.

There are still tickets available to catch all the action. Eyewitness News learned at noon today, organizers plan to release unused team pool tickets and lower level locations for sale. For ticket information, click here.

UCLA takes on Gonzaga at 6:15pm Friday. Utah and Duke follow around 8:45pm.

On Duke's roster, forward Justise Winslow is having a homecoming of sorts. Winslow graduated from St. John's in Houston where he was known for his skills on the court. His coach, Harold Baber, said Winslow isn't just a great basketball player, he's also a great person. Baber stressed Winslow's humility.

"He's Houston through and though. Houston helped make him who his is," said Coach Baber. "He was made a player right here in Houston. Come out and support a great guy. He's a great guy."

Eyewitness Sports also caught up with Winslow's father, Rickie Winslow, earlier this week. He told us it's a bit nerve wracking watching his son play at such a high level.

"It's an incredible feeling just watching him on the court," said Rickie Winslow. "Things happen so quick. High School goes by in 4 years ... He's developing into such a great player."
