Pearland Little League wins 15-0 after 4 innings

WACO, TX (KTRK) -- Pearland's Little League All Stars team is a step closer to the Little League World Series. They beat Mississippi 15-0 after 4 innings.

The team got in another round of practice today before tonight's game in Waco.

Just about every player's dad was at the practice this morning helping to get the boys through each drill as fast as possible. The team relies on the dads to help set of the practice facilities and wrap things up when the practice is done. And the dads do something else too, they scout out the opponents.

Pearland had about 100 people cheering them on.

The team will play again on Tuesday night at 8pm and you can catch that game on ESPN.
