North Shore hoopster receives her McDonald's All-American jersey

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An elite North Shore High School point guard accepted her McDonald's All-American jersey Tuesday.

Chasity "Chaz" Patterson, 5'6", was presented with her uniform by Houston Texans' standout Steve McKinney.

Patterson was the all-time scoring leader at North Shore with 2,231 points heading into her senior season.

The hoopster will continue her athletic and academic career at the University of Texas.
