Arian Foster's brother getting NFL athletes ready for the season

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Nine Innovations is becoming the "it place" for NFL athletes trying to get ready for the upcoming season. Abdul Foster, Arian Foster's brother, leads and coordinates all training sessions.

"For me, obviously having my brother here," says Foster. "My blood involved in what we are doing, I know how to make sure that these guys are OK."

Arian credits Abdul, for much of NFL success. "He transformed my game from being pretty average to one of the better backs in the NFL. So, I totally trust his vision for what he sees for me."

Abdul Foster's philosophy is simple, cater to the athletes, athletic needs.

"We train athletes for tomorrows competition," says Foster.

The success of the facility, is in the clientele. Several NFL players, including current and former Texans all workout with Abdul.
