Greg Bailey on Arian Foster
It wasn't the Arian Foster we're used to seeing.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- He's always been a fascinating figure. On Thursday Texans running back Arian Foster took that to a new and unexpected level. Foster opened up about getting "help emotionally." He smiled as he explained that the help has changed his life.

Foster said he's "been through some things" and needed help to process that. He spoke of opening up to the people he loves for the first time. He went on to say that he finally realized that although he's in the physical prime of his life he's still a kid in some ways. That admission opened the door to seeking help.

Long gone was the Arian Foster who had been so guarded and wary of media questions. He seemed like a man who had cast aside a heavy burden.

He also told us he feels good after surgery and is "ahead of schedule" for his return to the Texans lineup. He also said this can be his best season ever. But football really did take a back seat today. This is an Arian Foster we've never seen before.
