SUWANEE, GA (KTRK) -- A new baby was a very special delivery in Suwanee, Georgia. The girl was born in a grocery store.
Deborah and Andrew Ross were on their way to the hospital when she told her husband to pull over.
The nearest place to stop was a Kroger store. They walked into the store and their daughter was born a few minutes later.
Deborah Ross recalled, "I wasn't even really thinking that she was about to be born. My main thought was that I don't want to be in the car anymore. We were so thankful that obviously we weren't on the side of the road."
They named the baby girl Cora.
Mother and daughter were hospitalized for a few days after the birth.
