HOUSTON -- For Father's Day, Dr. Daphne Hernandez discusses the findings of a University of Houston study that finds that a dad's involvement with his children and family benefit, not only his kids' lives, but his own mental health and well-being.
Dr. Hernandez is an assistant professor in the University of Houston's Department of Health and Human Performance.
