VIDEO: Houston thanks wounded warriors for their service

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A group of 300 wounded warriors who are traveling the state arrived in Houston last night to thousands of people cheering them on as they made their way down the street.

They are all here for an annual warriors weekend for wounded veterans who have served primarily in Afghanistan and Iraq. This is the largest gathering of its kind in the country.
