SURPRISE! Perfectly choreographed proposal at ballet

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- "Romeo and Juliet" had an alternate ending Friday night at the Houston Ballet.

Moments after the onstage performance a couple took the stage, a young man got down on one knee, and with a ring in hand, proposed to his girlfriend. She said "yes."

Houston Ballet captured the impromptu proposal and shared it on Instagram.

The Houston Ballet said in the post: "A beautiful onstage moment after the stunning performance last night! 'Romeo and Juliet' might end in tragedy but we are certain that this fantastic couple's love story will in in bliss! Thank you for letting us be a part of this beautiful moment! She said YES!!!"
