During Sunday's grand opening, the store 'Space Village' had a line out the door.
Scott opened the Rice Village pop-up shop last year during the inaugural ASTROWORLD festival, and promised fans the store would soon become permanent.

He held true to that promise by opening shop just one day after the 2019 sold-out event festival.
Fans were so eager to get inside for merchandise, one of them said he waited 20 hours, while another said he was there twice as long, for 40 hours.
But a third fan managed to top that, claiming he'd been in line since Thursday, waiting for a grand total of 85 hours.
The inventory, which included Scott's Cactus Jack Air Jordans, a collaboration with Nike, went quickly. It was so busy, the street was shut down on Sunday.
But some shoppers weren't as upset because they saw it as an opportunity to support Scott, who grew up in Missouri City.
"I think it's really good because you're supporting a local artist who has gotten really popular over the years. Travis Scott... all the kids love him. And I think he's bringing some excitement back to Houston," said shopper Toni Ward, admitting that she wasn't at Rice Village for Scott, but could appreciate fans' desire to stand out there.
The store will be open Tuesdays through Sundays.
The ASTROWORLD festival has been held across the street from the former home of its namesake Astroworld, an amusement park that opened in Houston in 1968, for the past two years.

Astroworld was originally built to complement the Astrodome, the world's first multi-purpose domed sports arena, referred to by many as the "eighth wonder of the world."
The festival seeks to bring back the beloved spirit and nostalgia of Astroworld, making a childhood dream of Travis' come true.
