BP MS 150
BP MS 150 is a fundraising bike ride organized by the National MS Society South Central Region. Bikers will ride from La Grange to Austin on Sunday. Last year, the event raised $20 million to support the National MS Society. This year's goal is $21 million. ABC13.com will be streaming the start line and finish line live.
The finish line is in Austin at the State Capitol. ABC13.com will be streaming live from the start line at 8am and the finish line between 12 and 5pm. Also, tune into ABC13 for our live event coverage from 12:30-1:30pm and 11pm on Sunday.

GALVESTON FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL
The 6th Annual Galveston Food & Wine Festival kicks off Thursday evening. Guests can experience wines from around the world, delicious local foods, and cooking tips from some of the best including Chefs Randy Evans, Lance Fegen and Paul Miller.
Proceeds from the event will be reinvested into the Galveston College Culinary Arts, Alvin Community College Culinary Arts, and the Galveston County Resource Crisis Center. Events to check out include:
Premium Wine Tasting: Features premium wines from 34 wineries along with food pairings from BLVD Seafood, a new seafood concept coming to Galveston this spring. Event will be held on Pier 21 with scenic views of the harbor.
The Grand Tasting: Featuring over 150 wines, 15 local restaurants, vendors and live music by southern funk band Roxy Roca held on Pier 21 with scenic views of the harbor. Tickets include food and wine samples, event program and souvenir wine glass
Food/Wine Pairing Dinner: Paired dinners at Riondo's Ristorante featuring Paul's Kitchen and Ocean Grille & Beach Bar featuring Randy Evans
Champagne Brunch at Hotel Galvez with special offerings from Lance Fegen of Liberty Kitchen.

JAPANESE FESTIVAL
The 22nd Annual Japan Festival Houston celebrates Japanese and Japanese American traditions, both old and new. The family-friendly event includes authentic food, entertainment, arts and crafts, and activities.
Festival-goers can experience traditional Japanese games in the Kid's Zone, ikebana in the Traditional Arts Zone, karaoke in the Pop Culture Zone, inflatable sumo wrestling in the Sports & Action Zone, and much more.
Traditional taiko drumming, martial arts, cosplay, dance and song will round out the entertainment.

SAN JACINTO DAY FESTIVAL AND BATTLE REENACTMENT
It's the largest battle reeneactment in Texas right on the grounds of the San Jacinto Monument. The reenactment recreates the events leading up to Texas winning its independence from Mexico nearly two centuries ago at the Battle of San Jacinto on April 21, 1836.
The festival includes 25+ food vendors, cultural exhibitors, arts and crafts, a petting zo, quiltors, spinners, blacksmiths, mechanical bull rides, pony and camel rides, and live music from various bands.

THIRD ANNUAL WEST HOUSTON FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL
Food lovers rejoice! Thirteen food trucks will join together this Sunday at the Third Annual West Houston Food Truck Festival.
Event-goers will be able to try sip wine or beer and taste foods from Churassco's To Go, Coreano's, Flaming Patties, The Golden Grill, It's a Wrap, Koagie Hots, Kurbside Eatz, Pho-Jita, Sandi's Sweet Treats, SweetRide!, Tila's Tacos, The Waffle Bus, and What's Up Cupcake.
There will also be face painting, balloons, and a slide for kids. A portion of the proceeds go to the Houston Food Bank.
