Thousands of fans are streaming into NRG Park for rodeo's opening night.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- First responders can get into NRG Park to enjoy rodeo festivities for free on Tuesday, March 7.

For First Responders Day, members of law enforcement, firefighting, EMS and other emergency services agencies in the Houston area get free admission for themselves and four family members as long as they can present a valid badge.

There will also be first responder-themed equipment and service displays, and first responders in the audience will be recognized during Rodeo concerts (although concert tickets are sold separately).
