HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An interview with Sterling High School quarterback Cody Hayes-Tyler. Two years ago Hayes-Tyler lost his brother in a tragic gun accident.

But the young man turned that tragedy into motivation to become a better student, son and brother to his 5 younger siblings. Hayes-Tyler eventually earned a football scholarship to Oklahoma Panhandle College.
