HOUSTON -- Chase Roberts, the winner of the 19th Annual Gardere MLK Oratory Competition talks about how last year's defeat help spur him to victory this year.

Roberts is a 5th grader at Cornelius Elementary School. Claude Treece of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP discusses the competition's long history and how each year brings out an impressive group of talented young speakers.
