HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston Police Chief Charles McClelland discusses his concerns about the state's new open carry law that goes in effect on January 1, 2016.

The law allows people with a concealed carry license to carry their handguns openly in Texas. Chief McClelland believes the new law will be very challenging for the men and women in law enforcement.
