Council member Boykins, Jorge Franze discuss upcoming Kwanzaa celebration

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston City Council Member Dwight Boykins and Jorge Franz of "Houston First" preview the second annual "Holiday Tree Lighting and Kwanzaa Celebration" held in Third Ward on Almeda between Calumet and Southmore.

The event features live music, a fashion show, an ice rink and a Kwanzaa village.
