Many of them are now living in the shadows following President Donald Trump's vow to crack down on illegal immigration. Zeph Capo, President of the Houston Federation of Teachers and a Houston Community College Trustee, and Houston City Councilmember Robert Gallegos explain why schools like HCC support these students despite the fact that some in Austin would like to pass a bill that would eliminate in-state tuition for students living in this country illegally.
