5th Annual Eye Stroll for Vision Houston

This family-friendly, fun-filled event allows families, friends and coworkers to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the zoo on Saturday morning. This is not a timed event, allowing everyone to enjoy the animals at their own pace.

When is the walk? Saturday, November 21, 2015
Where is the Zoo Located? Houston Zoo located at 6200 Hermann Park Dr., Houston, TX 77030. The zoo is located in Hermann Park adjacent to the Texas Medical Center and the Museum District.

Where do I park? Do I need to pay for parking? Free parking is available in front of the main zoo entrance.

How long is the walk route? There will be a 5K which is close to 3.2 miles, with an available shorter route of 1 mile. Families with young children may choose to walk and do the 1 mile route. Either way, we have something for everyone!

What route do we follow at the Zoo? There will be signs posted as well as volunteers guiding strollers on which route to follow. There will also be maps available for those who request one.
