$175K raised for Fort Bend County first responders, their families

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The non-profit organization Behind the Badge Charities raised $175,000 last night at a gala designed to help first responders and their families in Fort Bend County.

The funds, according to the organization, will help those who suffer financial or other hardships.

More than 1,000 people attended the Boots & Badges gala.
