Two sinkholes have opened up in west Houston.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Two sinkholes that have opened up after Harvey flooding are causing traffic headaches in west Houston.

One large hole opened up along Memorial Drive and Eldridge Parkway, and yellow barriers have been erected to keep people from driving into it.

Another smaller sinkhole opened along S. Post Oak Lane near San Felipe just north of the Galleria area.

The city has not said when the two holes will be repaired. Drivers are urged to find alternate routes.
