Fifty-four percent of all holiday gifts were exchanged or altered last year.
According to Gift Now, the most returned Christmas gifts are clothing, home items and toys, beauty items and perfumes and electronics followed by jewelry and watches.

The survey found women were most likely to keep watches, necklaces and pendants as well as anti-aging skincare.
Men were most likely to keep ties and anti-aging skincare.
