Montgomery wolf sanctuary giving animals second chances

MONTGOMERY, Texas (KTRK) -- Tucked in the woods fifty miles north of Houston, is the Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in the state of Texas.

The non-profit facility provides rescued wolves and wolfdogs with a loving home and second chance at life.

Each animal is provided with quality nutritious, species-appropriate meals, exceptional veterinary care and safe and comfortable sources of shelter.

The Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary in Montgomery has thousands of guests each year, with the hope of educating and inspiring them about the animals they love and care for each day.

All visits and private tours are by appointment only.
