TxDOT responds to report of debris causing flat tires on North Loop near TC Jester

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- TxDOT officials responded to reports of debris on the eastbound lanes of the North Loop late Wednesday evening. The lanes were cleared just after 9pm.

Drivers reported having flat tires after driving between TC Jester and Ella Boulevard.

No other details have been released.
