Houston family in Mexico City for Pope's visit

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Anticipation is growing in Mexico City, where Pope Francis was expected to arrive Friday night.

It's been a busy day for the pontiff, traveling from Rome to Cuba, where he spent just a few hours meeting with the Russian Orthodox church patriarch before heading to Mexico City.

Eyewitness News reporter Elissa Rivas is in Mexico City, where she met a Houston family that made the trip to see Pope Francis.
