Pregnant woman shot in lower back in southeast Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police say a pregnant woman was shot in the back early Sunday morning.

According to police, the woman was in a parking lot at the 4800 block of Wenda Street when she was struck in the lower back. She was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital conscious and breathing.

Police are looking for the shooter.
