A Texas elector says he won't vote for Trump in the electoral college, the second in Texas to do so.

DALLAS (KTRK) -- Two Texas electors with votes in the Electoral College now say they won't vote for Donald Trump.

The so-called "faithless electors" are breaking from the norm of voting for whomever has won the popular vote in their individual state.

"The election is not over," said Chris Suprun to CNN. "The election happens on December 19th when presidential electors cast their ballots. That's when the election is complete."

Suprun said he'll vote for John Kasich instead.

A second elector, Art Sisneros, said last month that he won't vote for Trump either, citing religious reasons.

"I do not see how Donald Trump is biblically qualified to serve in the office of the Presidency. Of the hundreds of angry messages that I have received, not one has made a convincing case from scripture otherwise," Sisneros wrote on his blog.
