Police: Man on the run after choking a mom and 2 children

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police need your help finding a man they say choked a woman and her two children, including a toddler.

Shadrick Turner is wanted for injury to a child and assault on a family member.

Investigators say Turner choked a 9-month-old and the baby's mother at a home in the 10000 block of Hammerly Boulevard back in August.

When another child tried to intervene, police say Turner put his hands around the child's throat.

Police say Shadrick Turner has a distinct tattoo featuring headphones on his right shoulder.

Turner, 32, is described as standing at 5 feet 8 and weighing 120 pounds. He has brown eyes, short black hair, and a tattoo depicting headphones on his right shoulder.

He was last seen driving a 2005 Infinity G35 with Louisiana license plates.
