Photojournalist captures baby moose taking its first steps in Alaska

ANCHORAGE, AK -- A sweet moment between a mother moose and her babies was captured by a photojournalist in Alaska.

On the side of a road in Anchorage, the mother decided it was the perfect time to have her babies. The birth stopped traffic and folks lined up to get a glimpse of the little family.

The video also captured the pair attempting to walk. The duo eventually took their first steps and ran off into the woods with their mom.
