Spring neighbors try to free dog stuck in pipe

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- Neighbors in Spring are still trying to rescue a dog from a storm drain.

Neighbors tried all night to get the black lab out of the pipe along Almondwood. He's not physically trapped -- just scared to come out.

Neighbors have been giving the dog food. They say the dog is eating but runs back into the pipe whenever it's approached.
