Rare snowy owl sighting captured by Canadian traffic camera

QUEBEC,Canada (KTRK) -- A rare right was captured by a traffic camera in Canada when a snowy owl flew by the camera's lens.

The gorgeous sight sent people all over Quebec, including its transportation minister, to comment about the magnificent bird.

Experts say the snowy owl was very likely hunting prey in a nearby field and needed a good place to perch.
