The Coast Guard rescued a dog from icy waters in Michigan

It's an amazing rescue caught on camera in Michigan.

A Coast Guard crew battled chunks of ice and frigid temperatures t save a dog from drowning.

The pooch fell into the Frankfort Channel Monday, getting trapped between chunks of ice two feet thick in some places.

A petty officer swam 150 yards to reach the dog, then swam back to shore where his partners helped pull the animal to safety.
