East Bay SPCA kittens featured in Adele video spoof
The East Bay SPCA has created a cute cat video to promote pet adoptions.

OAKLAND, CA -- A California animal shelter has created a cute cat video to promote pet adoptions.

The East Bay SPCA video features kittens starring in a rendition of Adele's hit song "Hello" with some altered lyrics including, "Meow. It's me. I'm the cat who's your new best friend that you have yet to meet."

The East Bay SPCA says the video "promotes cat adoption while telling a silly, yet touching story of a little girl, woman and older gentleman's visit to the East Bay SPCA in hopes of adopting a kitten."

By the way, all the cats shown in the video have been adopted.

Last year, the agency created a video parody of Bruno Mars' hit song "Uptown Funk" called "Oaktown Pups." That video was viewed more than 1.7 million times on YouTube.
