Snake travels 9000 miles on flight in woman's shoe

A Scottish woman gives new meaning to the phrase "snakes on a plane."

A spotted python hitched a ride on 9,000 mile flight, in the woman's shoe.

She discovered the snake in the shoe, in her suitcase, after flying from Australia to Scotland Thursday.

She quickly called the Scottish SPCA which kindly took the non-venomous snake into quarantine.
