Three bears run from police in California
These three bears seemed awfully suspicious outside this CVS pharmacy in California.

TAHOE CITY, California -- A mother bear and her cubs are on the run from sheriff's deputies in California.

Deputies in Tahoe City said they were on patrol Monday night when they spotted a bear and two cubs outside a CVS Pharmacy store.

When the mama got a glance of the patrol cruiser, she pushed her cubs to start running.

The bears darted around a corner and then ran for the woods.

A deputy followed after the animals in his cruiser, but they ended up getting away before they could be caught.

The Placer County Sheriff's Office has placed the video on social media so neighbors can be on the lookout.
