Christmas in July: Animal adoptions only $20

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Harris County Animal Shelter is celebrating Christmas in July to help some furry friends find them forever homes.

Sunday is the last day all animal adoptions will cost only $20.

Each adoption includes a spay or neuter, vaccines, microchip, and a one-year pet license.

The shelter is currently under a crucial capacity with 390 animals searching for new homes.
