North Fwy at FM 1960 jammed by major accident

HOUSTON -- A major accident on the North Freeway northbound at the Parramatta/FM 1960 exit has traffic jammed all the way to the north Beltway.

The exit at Parramatta is closed. Katherine Whaley says you will need to seek an alternate if you typically use that exit to steer around the wreckage.

No word yet on any injuries as a result of the accident, or how the wreck happened.
