FOUND CHILD: Toddler found alone on street in Willis
Deputies said the toddler was found on Brontes Court in Willis without supervision.

WILLIS, Texas (KTRK) -- Montgomery County officials said a child found wandering alone down a street in Willis has been reunited with his or her parents.

Deputies said the child's father came forward after seeing the post about the toddler on social media.

Investigators said the child's mother was asleep in a home in the 13800 block of Brontes Court, near where the child was found.

It is not known how the child got outside.

Deputies are continuing their investigation.
