Harris County deputy involved in head-on collision in Katy area

KATY, TX -- A Harris County deputy was involved in a head-on collision in the Katy area, but we're told he's expected to be OK.

The accident happened near Fry Road at Westfield Place.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the deputy was uninjured in the accident and was not transported to the hospital.

We still don't know how the wreck happened.
