HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man deputies say confessed to killing his roommate and led authorities to his body went before a judge overnight.
ABC13 was the only one in court as new details came out about the case.
According to the prosecutor, Oscar Antunez told deputies he used a pipe to kill his roommate, then wrapped him in a black trash bag and buried him in a shallow grave in north Harris County.
That scene unfolded Tuesday afternoon off Willow Timber Drive and Ella Boulevard.
We also learned in court Antunez had his luggage packed and ready to go back to Honduras.
