Woman's body found inside northeast Houston apartment complex

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Investigators believe a woman found dead inside an apartment in northeast Houston was murdered.

The discovery was made around 1:50pm yesterday at the Cascade at Fall Creek apartments in the 8400 block of North Sam Houston Parkway.

The body of Brianna Hudson, 25, was found inside one of the units by her sister. Investigators say Hudson's body had been hidden in one of the bedrooms. She died from apparent trauma to the head.

Investigators do not have a suspect at this time and are asking anyone who may have seen something suspicious at the time to call the the Harris County Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
