'Howbow dah?' Woman files lawsuit involving 'Cash Me Outside' teen

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (KTRK) -- The teen became a viral hit after her "cash me outside, howbow dah?" comment on the "Dr. Phil" show. Now, the 13-year-old girl is at the center of a lawsuit and an alleged attack.

A woman claims Danielle Bregoli and another person attacked her outside the Kavasutra Kava Bar on Feb. 26 in Palm Beach County, Fla.

According to WPTV, Kimberly Peterson says she spotted Bregoli and commented to her that she should go home to her parents.

Peterson said after those comments, she was attacked.

The alleged attack was caught on video, which TMZ first reported last month.

Peterson is seeking $15,000 in damages from Danielle's mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli. She says, as a mom, Barbara has the responsibility to keep her daughter from hurting other people.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office told WPTV that the case is still under investigation.
